1. General Admission & Tickets
1.1. The minimum age for entry to the club is 18 years old.
1.2. Tickets purchased are for personal and non-transferable use. The name on the ticket must match the identification presented at the entrance. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Access will be denied if the ticket is incomplete, altered, damaged, suspected of forgery, or if a valid physical or digital ticket is not provided.
1.3. For multiple ticket purchases, the ticket holder must be present to access the venue. The original identification used for the purchase must be shown, and entry will not be permitted without the ticket holder.
1.4. The club reserves the right of admission. Entry may be denied due to intoxication, possession of drugs or prohibited substances, violent behaviour, or other reasons deemed valid by the management. In such cases, Turbo Group will refund the ticket price upon request up to 30 days before the event via hello@turbomonaco.com.
1.5. In case of ticket theft or loss, please contact hello@turbomonaco.com as soon as possible.
1.6. VIP ticket holders must adhere to the dress code, which requires elegant attire. Beachwear, including swimsuits, shorts, flip-flops, or sleeveless tops for men, is strictly prohibited. Turbo Group reserves the right of admission to VIP areas, even if these dress code requirements are met.
1.7. No ticket modifications, exchanges, or refunds will be allowed after the event has taken place.
1.8. In the event of show or party cancellation, the user will be notified via email, and the full purchase amount will be refunded. However, Turbo Group does not cover any additional expenses related to the cancellation.
1.9. DJ lineups, performances, and events are subject to change due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, and Turbo Group shall not be held liable for such changes.

2. VIP Table Reservations
2.1. VIP table bookings are valid only for the specific date booked and do not grant access on other days.
2.2. The price of a VIP table is a minimum spend, meaning that if a table costs €10,000, the total order must be at least that amount. Any amount exceeding this minimum can be spent freely, but if the minimum is not met, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
2.3. By confirming a VIP booking, the client accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

3. General Terms of Use for Turbo Group (Represented by 8 STARS SARL)
3.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Turbo Group websites, including www.turbomonaco.com and its subdomains, which cover all activities, events, services, and products provided by Turbo Group and 8 STARS SARL.

4. Protection of Personal Data
4.1. Turbo Group ensures the confidentiality and protection of all personal data provided by users, clients, or their representatives on the website.
4.2. Personal data collected may be shared with service providers involved in the fulfilment of purchases and bookings, including VOODOO VILLAGE GROUP, ODEX GROUP (Cloud9), HANGAR CREATES, 8 STARS SARL, and their employees, even if located outside the user's country.
4.3. Confidential user data, including payment information, is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
4.4. Credit card and sensitive information are securely processed to ensure user protection.

5. Commercial Newsletters
5.1. Users may subscribe to Turbo Group newsletters to receive updates on events, services, and promotions.

6. Minors
6.1. Access to certain services, events, or content is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years old. This includes nightclub tickets, entry to the club, alcohol consumption, and bookings for events that are legally restricted to adults.

7. Orders & Merchandise Delivery
7.1. Payment Options: Orders placed on the website can be paid via:

7.2. Delivery Time: Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically on the next business day after purchase. If you do not receive an update within a few days, check your spam folder or contact hello@turbomonaco.com.
7.3. Order Modifications & Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order immediately after payment, contact hello@turbomonaco.com. Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

8. Returns & Refunds
8.1. Ticket Refunds: Tickets are refundable up to one month before the event. After this period, refunds are not available. To request a refund, email hello@turbomonaco.com.
8.2. VIP Table Refunds: VIP table bookings are refundable up to 50% of the original price if cancelled at least one month before the event. Refund requests should be sent to tables@turbomonaco.com.
